Jakarta - The Indonesian government is taking concrete steps to fulfill its promise of efficient, transparent, and needs-based public administration. The Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) will host a landmark event where Minister Rini Widyantini will commission nine new Public Service Malls (MPP) and bestow honors upon the champions of the 2025 Public Service Innovation Competition.

This initiative directly translates the policy of integrated service delivery into on-the-ground reality for nine additional regions. The MPP model is designed to be a single, efficient destination for various public services, eliminating the need for citizens to navigate multiple, disparate government offices.

The geographic spread of the new MPPs—spanning provinces from Aceh to North Kalimantan—demonstrates a commitment to equitable development. The regions of Aceh Barat, Batu Bara, Bintan, Batang Hari, Way Kanan, Cianjur, Balangan, Malinau, and Buol will now offer their residents the convenience of this consolidated service model.

Complementing this infrastructural growth is the intellectual and creative drive fostered by the OPSI awards. These awards validate efforts by various government tiers and BUMDs to creatively solve service delivery puzzles, with the 2025 edition selecting 28 exemplary innovations for top accolades.

Deputy Minister Otok Kuswandaru explained the strategic synergy behind holding these events together. He stated that robust service points (MPPs) and a culture of innovation (OPSI) are two mutually strengthening pillars essential for a true public service transformation in Indonesia.

The concluded KIPP 2025 cycle served as a structured platform to identify and benchmark these innovations. The 28 awardees, chosen from numerous entries, are deemed to have provided clear, positive impacts for the community and aligned with the state's priority programs.

Kuswandaru further emphasized that the award-winning projects illustrate the imperative for public services to evolve with the times. By integrating technology as a core element, these innovations pave the way for better, quicker, and more open interactions between the government and the people it serves.

The official proceedings for this dual celebration of expansion and excellence will be available for public viewing through a live online broadcast on the Kementerian PANRB YouTube channel starting at 9 AM Western Indonesia Time.
